    If he accessed the garage without the permission of the owner, he could lose his RE license, not to mention get arrested for trespassing.

    I doubt he'd go that far to perpetuate this particular myth.

    Since we know who the owner of the house, and the cars is, it wouldn't take ling for word of the trespass to hit his ears, then all hell would break loose.

    Has anyone considered telling his employer he's using a client's house in a possible scam? That might have some interesting fallout.
