Call me unrefined, haggard, crazy and insane. I traded my 430 spider and DBS .... picked up a 16M and an Exige S260 Final Edition. So now I have one of my dream cars and 3 Loti. Superfluous some may say, but some are more raw-er than others. Coincidentally, both were delivered today. 6:30 in the morning, Intercity arrives and delivers the S260: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JrBu1Qqfids&feature=share&list=UUzbf53ylBw6W1Bl3xvkII-A]Lotus Exige S260 delivery - YouTube[/ame] This green monster has a ton of mods and is pushing 300hp with a weight of 2000 lbs. The DBS was a little banal for me as a daily driver, so the 260 will replace it. Then, I'm on the phone all day with CNC in between surgeries trying to finalize the deal on the 16M. Cam makes the deal happen along with Liz who is absolutely amazing! The CNC crew is top notch. I tell my wife after work that I'm going to pick up the 16M and she is livid since I just got the Lotus in the morn. Cam delivers the car to my house at 8 pm. After signing docs in my kitchen, I take the 16M on a short joy ride. My first words are: "Holy S%!#%$, .... my God!" It is simply teeth-chattering and mind-blowing. Congrats! That's E_Man's old 16M right? I saw the pictures and it was stunning, I've seen his old 16M and his Carrera GT at Cars and Coffee (didn't know it was him at the time)! Also, how many Lotus' (Loti?) do you have now, 3?! I need to come visit now! I bet your neighbors just think you modded your F430 Spider even more!

This was the 16M that was in Seattle, but I believe the owner was in Scottsdale as well? didn't remove the wrap, but CNC took it in on trade I use to daily an Elise to work...my commute is only 15 min. These cars are a blast to toss around corners. I really don't mind harnessing up for a short joy ride in the morn before work. Nothing better to get the adrenaline going. LOLLL This Sun, will be meeting up with Mark Scud (M2G2), so will be taking lots more pics and vids. I should probably attach a GoPro to it as well. Haven't driven a 458 for fear of buying it....I know the 16M feels much more raw than a 458. I finally understand and appreciate this animal of a car...it is almost too fast for the street. I'll probably take it up to Monterey for Italian Concourso! Wlll, I'm surprised now how you gave up your Scud....time to get back into one! Absolutely insane! Congrats on the great pick up. I don't know much about Lotus, but seems to be a great drivers car. And the 16M, wowzers! Had I known you were selling your 430 as well I would have waited 2 months and picked yours up.. Cheers to active and helpful board member. -Canon
