But why is the bumper white? I should take my turbo up there and do a shot with it in the same spot. The PMOY that got the Shelby's scored, if they kept the cars.

Here's some pics of the 05 997 C2S I picked up a few weeks ago... Some desirable options on the car were what really sold me, aside from the like-new condition and only 36700 miles. The car has the Guards Red gauges and 16 way adjustable sport seats which I love. The car also has 4 brand new PZero Rossos and a 3M clear bra which were great added bonuses. It's probably exactly the way I would factory order a new one, so she's a keeper. Thanks guys! Me too! I didn't care much for the amoebic headlights on the 996... I think the 997.1 is one of the most beautiful 911's ever made. Most recently I had an Atlas Gray 2005 Boxster S and an Imola Red 2000 BMW M-Roadster. Hopefully working up to an F430 in the next few years, but I don't think I'll be getting rid of the 997. Ever. It's funny to think I reg'd on this site as a 21 year old in 04- have had a slew of cars since then but it's nice to be getting progressively more exotic stuff.
The 997 Carrera is indeed very beautiful Perfect blend of modern/heritage. Good luck with your car, happy motoring!
Always enjoy looking at 997...have 2 of them in the garage, sometimes it confuse me which one is a keeper, so i keep both of them.
Very pretty!! I dearly loved my 05 997 - Mine was Speed Yellow w Black - Awesome car! It and the Ducati went for the 355 but there are definitely days I miss the 997. Cheers and enjoy!

interesting, I've only ever seen one other, it was grey & had the testarossa fins in the sides, and the big Koenig wing on the back ...was twin supercharged IIRC

This is original and done in Munich in 1988, the previous owner has owned it for the past 25 years and only done 10,000 miles. Completely original and well pampered by its previous owner, its an 80's flashback. The only upgrades to the engine is an exhaust system which has a nice bark.
This has the wide openings in the sides, its quiet rare since many aftermarket tuners incorporated the testarossa fins. Image Unavailable, Please Login
looks clean & mean ....yes, the grey one was the factory tuner car IIRC, and had all the period flares, fins and wings
