Chariot Motors in Palm Beach

Anyone know this dealer? I'd love to get some thoughts before I follow up on a car.

I have a friend that has bought 4-5 cars from them over the years and then sometimes traded them back. No complaints as far as I know.

 

Bot 2 cars from them. Good guys and good cars.

 

I bought a MB CLK through them this past winter and they were great to deal with. A friend of mine bought a MB E350 convertible at that same time and also got a great deal, including the trade-in of another car. They have some great cars there at very good prices. Take time to go through their inventory, you'd be amazed at what they've got. Be sure to negotiate, like you would with any dealer.

Jaguar has really stepped up their game in recent years. The new
line up of Jags is impressive.

I have 2.. a 2010 XFR and a 2011 XKR175. Both with the 510 HP supercharged motors. They are rocket ships, built very well.

Funny though, when I bring the XKR175 to any exotic car event, it doesn't get a second glance.

But that's OK because I know what a great car it is. ( I do have an F car in the garage just in case).

The owner of Chariots is very involved in the local community and sponsors several worthwhile causes... They also race at the One Lap of America event every year and place impressively high. Although I have not bought any cars from them yet, Chariots is solid.

 

Things may have changed but I had a bad experience at chariots about 8 years ago. It was with one of their salesmen, not Hugh (owner). Although, when I went to Hugh he did not try to make it right. Happy to go into more detail if anyone is interested. I have purchased from Greg Marino at Marino Performance Motors and been very happy with not only the purchase experience but ongoing service.
