I was going to buy that car a few years ago(was a1 owner) before I bought my 599 but the deal went south. Calipers have been painted(orig yellow), stripes are aftermarket and the wheels have been painted too. I know it was for sale at an independent 2X (traded back to them) and they did the wheels and calipers and maybe the stripes??? That combo is very nice the interior is actually Bordeaux I think...

2700 miles. 1 owner bought new. 308 sticker not including wheels. No accidents. I am not selling yet until my 458 scud order is confirmed but I will let it go early if it makes sense. Thanks.

A close friend is also selling his 430 Scud and a little confused as to what price to expect. Its a one owner car with a bit over 400 miles.

Any ballpark on what these are currently transacting (*not listing) for?

I know it's simplistic to say this but $300k msrp, probably lose $120k or more, and only 2k miles driven... about $60 a mile... drive people! enjoy your rides

400 miles in 4/5 years? Not for me...still, someone will want it...there was a comparable car (basically un-driven) that sold last year. I don't know the selling price, asking was $220k range IIRC.

The scud pricing model that many of us use and find accurate says a zero mile 2009 with stripe in red/black would be $200k selling price. Need to know year, if it has US Carbon package, color and stripe...

There was a side discussion on this topic last year on another thread. I believe someone sold a Scud with 24+K miles on the clock and the sale price was only approx. $15 lower than the average 4K Scud. Works out to very inexpensive miles if you ask me. After the initial $100K flogging from MSRP, the $15K is a minor collateral loss.

From what I have seen lately (last 6 - 12 months), it looks like a somewhat reasonable prediction...absent another economic cluster-mess. A lot of us who bought our Scuds as second (or subsequent) owners when the market was depressed benefited from some artificially low prices. I think a certain amount of the recent increase is a reflection of a slightly improved market as it takes steps toward recovery. Essentially, market conditions are allowing the Scud's prices to reflect the value it may have enjoyed, absent the omnipresent economic downturn starting around the Scud's initial release. Another yet to be determined influence would be Ferrari's announcement that they will build fewer cars in the future. I certainly hope your prediction is correct! :)
