I was considering but you arent able to drive your car. Anyone know of a good program that allows you to drive your own F car?

It's actually Ferrari of Houston doing the track days...but in those you DO get to drive your own car.

None on the schedule at the moment.....

I'd rather drive the NEW cars! LOL!

yes Houston organized it, but if you joint them they will send you the e-mails about it and you still can attend, Houston, Austin and San Antonio are owned by the same group or are affiliated, all three are connected

I thought you were recommending the local chapter of the FCA, the reason for my post.

Austin and Houston are Risi dealerships, Barret in SA is a different franchise.

That said I'm sure all three have access to participation it's 'first come first served' on the reservations...

The OP looks more like a FNA national event actually....

Barret no more, is in the same building, but same owner as Austin and partner with Houston since last summer, check Austin webpage on the pre-own cars and you can see all their inventory and it shows in what Ferrari dealer is the car, besides that, I meet the owner he is the owner of Mexico Ferrari dealerships, nice guy and they can get you a car faster they have more allocations.

Yes, I am going to the early December driving school. I attended the event in Canada last year and I highly recommend the event. In Canada were we given new 458's with just 200 miles and started racing the first afternoon. No break in period and your using Corporate Ferrari's brakes!

Please pm me if you will be attending as I will be driving down from Dallas.

Also highly recommend the course. I attended the course 3-4 years ago (only Scud and 599 available at that time, now with 458 and F12). Also heard the advanced course was good, and less students, though I have not attended the advanced course yet.

Mr. Risi from Ferrari of Houston owns the Austin franchise and also recently took over the San Antonio franchise (?partnership).

Ferrari of Houston had 2 organized events at COTA this year so far. The second event about 1-2 month ago was a 2 day event. You can contact Jessica at Ferrari of Austin regarding any future plan for COTA this year or next year.
