    I still see some carpet, keep going. :)

    Joking aside, any idea how many pounds you pulled out of it, and/or what your wet weight will be when you're done? What are your plans engine-wise? (I love race car builds)

    yeah I'm nowhere close to being done yet :) that carpet is one giant piece that goes over the transmission tunnel, it's going to be a PITA to remove. then I'll attack the dash-HVAC, airbags, etc.

    car was 3050 last time we weighed it, goal is to get it down to 2650. I'd say I've pulled out over 100 pounds today, maybe 150 (sunroof track and motor was ~30 of that).

    motor will remain a 3.4 per the rules, will be putting in an Accusump this time :eek:

    I recently found out one can search for a VIN on carfax by running a license plate, but I don't feel like spending the $40 to do so. :/
