My buddy just got a 360 Modena with the HiFi option. The passenger door speaker and HiFi subs are blown. Trying to figure out what size speakers are in the doors and HiFi box? Looking for speakers that will fit behind the OEM grilles and will fit in the door with no modifications. Don't mind replacing the tweeters in the doors while we are in there. Have yall been using the small component subs in the HiFi box? Any suggestions or info is appreciated, thanks. Want to keep 100% factory look.

Also I came across this website:

Anybody have any experience or knowledge about this company?

Would something like these be pretty nice for the doors?

I know the crossover would have to be mounted in the door somehow, but hopefully the tweeter and speaker should bolt in easily?

Would something like these drop in the HiFi enclosure?

    Thanks for the help.

The 6.5 speakers in the doors will fit ... The rear enclosure isn't so easy as it a 5.25 in dual voice coil and sub and a passive radiator. There is nothing to drop in...

the focal is a by far much better woofer but getting it in the stock enclosure will be a chore escpecially if you want to keep the stock grill. The jl's do go very low but they will be a lot easier to install.

Thanks for the info. So even though it appears to have two subs in the HiFi enclosure there is really only one? The other hole is for the passive radiator?

Also that JL sub I posted isn't a dual voice coil sub, is that a big deal?

Thanks for the pic, that helps explain it. Sounds like Focals it is then! Gonna change the door speakers first and see how it sounds. Then switch the sub to the JL if needed. Appreciate the input fellas.

My sub on my '04 360 Spider (factory option) and, thanks to this thread, it's now in the shop getting the Focal 165 A1 sub speaker system + 13 WS subwoofer. Should have it back late tomorrow or early Friday. Will report back.

Picked the car up today - sounds great. Thank you all for pointing me towards Focal. While still not B&O Audi quality, it's as good as a stock setup in a convertible 360 can get. Highly recommended if you need to replace you sub -- and/or if you're looking for a relatively low cost way to make an impact on your sound.

hello I have same dilemma with my 360. did you use JL's for the doors? as you pointed out the thick flange on most speakers will not let you use stock grill unless you cut/modify the fiberglass?

hi, I have a 2003 Ferrari 360… Also looking to replace all the speakers.

Would anybody know if these speakers are a true direct replacement? For the doors I want to keep the original grills were there any modifications I need to do
