    that looks pretty good ! ! ! :)

you only soldered the contacts or also crimped them?

would be a little more clearer if you would take different colors of the wires.

Soldered and crimped, first version was only crimped.

On the first version I use different colors... but realy no added value to that ...

The big fuse is only for the hifi installation (30A) the original wire is just au peace of cake ...

Looks excellent! My only issue is using wood for a base material. I've seen enough moisture damage over the years that I'd probably substitute something more inert.

Hats off for all your technical work ! Super !

Myself I was looking for some kind of solution myself, chose another way ... (not on the foto; its just to show the fb inside as would be inside the lid)

Pitty your fusebox is not IN the Original place/bay .... I would have made all effort to have all electricity behind its panel/door. Was that not possible in any way ?

    Hello, nice picture :)

When I started to rebuilt the fusebox, I decided to connect everything with 2mm² cables.

I tried to intégrate the first model into the original fuse bay ... it was impossible ... definitely not enough space.

For the second model, I decided to integrate it on the door. Only the connection are inside the bay ... Advantage is that the access is much more easier and that the temp are lower.

Best way is that you see it on the car directelly ... will you go to Spa Classic ? I will normaly go with my testa ... ?

If the fusebox in my 328 ever goes (which is the same) I would be tempted to reproduce the original PCB layers and rebuild to original spec. Some people have done that.

The PCBs are available from Superformance although they are very expensive.
