On dry tarmac RWD is superior due to less weight and losses. 4WD was tested in F1 decades ago and while superior in the wet it was slow in dry conditions.

 

To be fair 4WD technology has come along way since then, but aero of a F1 car depletes the need for 4WD I believe.

2WD has also come a long way, especially the electronic control systems. It is not by accident that Ferrari has chosen to put their 4WD system only in the FF, whereas the real Ferraris are RWD.

Which site? I want to know the name of the engineer they spoke with. As far as I know no one from the main team has spoken to the press about the issues they're having. I know a handful of people directly involved with the F150 project and not one of them would speak with the press.

 

seems Porsche has delivered the goods. Looks and sounds fantastic! and of course it will be stupid fast. Serious bang for the buck with this car. for 900 grand, a lot of serious tech and hardware. bargain of the 3 hypercars.

qwertyuiop, that car is a Huayra and it sound like a Huayra. A Zonda is a Zonda and it sound like a Zonda. You are you and you sound like you. If you sound like Lady Gaga you would not be perfect.

He only expresses the wish the car would sound like a Zonda. I would prefer my car to sound like a Zonda to. It is not so far out to influence the sound of a car. People install completely different exhaust systems to get the sound of a racingcar.
