    No, not a wrap.
Inspiration may have come from 250 GTO Series One #3445 GT.

Bold decision by the owner. Works well on the 250 GTO but I'm not a fan of this colour scheme on the F12. But what matters is that the owner likes it and is happy with it ;)

I like it. I am curious what it would look like if the stripe terminated at the hood air outlet rather than continuing down the nose, as if it were coming out of it.

Exactly what I think. the 458 also has natural lines for a bicolor scheme.

I like that the owner has thought of heritage and tradition. I'm not a fan of the colour scheme though.

Anyone not happy with Ferrari prices for Special Colors should take a look at what Porsche is charging on their 918.....
    How does $63k sound?

At what point do we say enough is enough? $4k cup holders, $63k paint jobs, half a million dollar regular exotic cars, $1m+ super exotic cars......where does it end?

John Collins paid $ 30 K extra for the special color on his new F12 (photo post #845).
    Who cares, it's only money.

I wrestled with my conscience and common sense about the CF cup holder and ridiculous though it is, decided I did not want to sit in my new $350,000 car constantly irked by a piece of coloured plastic which could have been resolved by making it a $354,000 car. In short the rare opportunity we are lucky enough to get to spec one of these cars from new, you should get it the way you want it, really want it, and the factory know this.

Great news! Will you pick the car up at the factory?

I agree. My only question is when is enough....enough!

When the F12 Barchetta comes out and the cup holder is now $7,500, do we just keep paying?

Or what if they start charging $6,000 for Ferrari shields? Everyone knows you "have" to get them, so do we just pay the $6,000 for them?

    Hmmmmmm..........
