Where is a time machine when you need it?
I had picked up GTA4 in a bargain bin and played it once but didn't get how to play an open world game like that and it's been sitting on the shelf ever since. Later when I picked up Far Cry I got in to it and now I'm really looking forward to this. I play a lot of games with my sister online and wished we could've free roamed in Far Cry. Does anyone know if we can free roam co-op in GTAV or will it only be mission based.

car customization is going to be massive apparently. You can add rollcages, aero, wheels, suspension etc...you can even turbo charge cars now! This game is going to be of the HOOK!!!
The pirated versions came out on Friday so lots of streams are around showing off gameplay (tho most are playing missions so of course spoilers) Rockstar are activity deleting streams/vids off internets. All videos from GTAVLEAKS on Dailymotion Someone digging around in the discs found what could be proof that this game will eventually come out on Xbox1/ps4 but rockstar are still denying it.

I am disappointed that there are no Grotti mid-mounted cars in the game. I have to buy the Lamborghini.
I preordered my copy this afternoon at Gamestop, I might pick it up at midnight but I think I'll wait until the morning.

Lol. In a way happy my X360 got stolen. GTA was released here Sunday (!!!). Now waiting on my mate to come back from the Delta to sell me his PS3...!!
I got my copy last night & only played for an hour before calling it a night. Since I've never attended a midnight release, I thought about giving it a shot. I'd like to say please do not bring small children to a midnight release. They need sleep, their cranky, etc.. Not the place for little kids. The Gamestop where I was at had a DJ blaring loud house music & selling BBQ sandwiches, it was a real sensory overload. I almost witnessed a 3 year old get run over in the parking lot. Very interesting but creepy mix of people waiting in line. Whatever happens, more people will be calling in sick to work, meeting cancelled, fewer cars on the road, grades dropping, tests failed, & kids missing school because of this release. Is it me or are the first few levels harder on gta v when compared to gta4, seems its harder to lose the cops!
Pretty much . There's videos showing the difference in the details if you install the 2nd disc. I've played about an hour of it so far. The cars are a bit twitchier then I remember in the previous games and it's be nice if they could run faster. Awesome details though.
It sucks you are limited to what you can do in the stores/businesses. The bouncer kept telling me it was a vip area and I wanted to punch him but co7ldnt.
