Katharina and I had our wedding this september and the whole carpark was fillde with the cars of my friends. After churchwe drove down from Sacro Monte di Ghiffa in about 20 cars first me in my 550, then my Father in his beautiful MkII Jag, my brother in our Z8... a 599, a 599 GTO, a 430 Suderia, a California, 2 SLS, a Bentley R-Type Continental, a Corniche, a quattroporte and and and... The Itailans loved it when we drove though the little towns along Lake Maggiore and sent us kisses and smiles! What a fantastic wedding! I will try to add a video of the cars as I don't have many pics from the drive... here's a couple of them... The first ones from our civil wedding in zürich... the next ones from italy Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Great photos! Our ceremony/reception 2 years ago was within walking distance of our apt so the 308 wasn't involved (except for getting a speeding ticket in her the morning of the wedding while taking a German buddy for an enthusiastic ride :/ ), but she was our main mode of transport for the honeymoon: http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=294842&highlight=county

After exacly 12 years and 1 day I meet the car again at a event. Did not expect the car and was not sure about it. The license plate looked familiar and after checking my photo archive I new it for sure. First picture is from the event, second from 12 years ago. Thanks Pav... Unfortunately the fotographer did not care to much about cars and made pics of us only... I've asked some of my friends to send some more pics... we'll see what comes in. Here's a first one... PS: I admire the guy who's taking a picture of the Prius ;-) From left to right my 550 Maranello my friends 599 (Stick) my uncles R-Type Continental my Fathers Jag MkII (his since early 80') my godfathers Corniche coupé (very nice car - i never liked them before) my uncles 599 GTO my friends 430 Scuderia ... By the way; On the way back from Italy to Zürich my brother had issues with the clutch and he could not enable it anymore. So I swaped cars with him and drove home the Jag without ever using the clutch. Mind you we drove over the mighty San Bernadino Mountain road! Thank god I was tought how to drive pre-war cars ;-) It was wonderfull to see the Maranello from the outside for once - I love the car even more now! Image Unavailable, Please Login
It's great to see everyone passionate about automotive there. For the market value of the Corniche, Mk2 and others the parking lot could have some beige A6s, 325is, X5Ms instead. Consider yourself lucky.
