No they do not. On my trip to Munich, I had seen a grey Scud with yellow stripes. Looked really nice.

First owners choice, hand painted (unlike CS sticker) so pretty well anything you wanted as a special order.

Ive seen gray, yellow, bronze, red, silver.

There were quite a few factory options. Owners choice iirc (as stated by russell as well)

I thought it was a sticker under the clear coat, it looks great what ever it is.

I like the way it tapers, following the line of the front hood towards the center, prominent area of the front air dam which then tapers back to the headlights. It contributes to the fast and aggressive look.

The grey stripe, at least on mine, is like a two-tone as well...dark grey in some lights, and kinda a sparkly silver in others. Is that the case on all the grey stripes?

I assume you could specify whatever colours you wanted, some stripes will be flat colours, others will be sparkly.
Mine are Nero Daytona with silver pinstripe so are very sparkly![IMG]

Mine's sparkly silver w a nero pinstripe around it, which I consider the "default" style for the Scuderia.

I've seen regular black stripes w white pinstripe on a Rosso Corsa before....can't say I am a fan and don't forget that silver Scuderia w the double Italian flag and silver pin striping! Goes to show the sky's the limit hehe.

Are you sure? I thought it was a sticker with a clear coat over it too.

I've read it in several places on fchat and the internet about it being a sticker so it must be true. jk

That'd be awesome if it was actually painted.

Definitely painted, my build sheet shows the paint colour chosen for the main area and pinstripe as an option at point of order - I believe any colour was an option, metallic or flat. One of the official Ferrari magazines did an article about the paint shop who does both the stripes and extra Campionario colours - local family business who've grown with Ferrari.
A number of owners have retrofitted sticker stripes, either on cars with no stripe or indeed exactly on top of painted stripes for a completely different effect.
CS is a sticker with clear coat.

John, I like your gold wheels. My car came with them but a previous owner liked the gray look better and painted them. Some day I will buy a set of the gold wheels and mount them.

When I bought the Scud it had 300 miles on it and almost new - at that moment it was the only Scud available in the US with gold wheels
