Is it just me or are there a lot of F50s for sale or going up for auction lately? There's two at FNE, the FBI car at symbolic, the one you have privately, and a couple have been auctioned/sold in the past year. Why are so many going for sale/trading hands in a short time span? Is there even a specific reason or just a coincidence? PS Those are some great pictures!
I would think that people see values shooting up and those who bought the car as speculators want to cash in.
I don't think so, I don't see any particular rhyme or reason, sometimes you have a handful available, other times you can't get one for love or money.
They have risen recently so if you had thought about selling that may have pushed your decision, I bought because I saw this happening although I have no intention to sell the car unless circumstances change in the future.
Anyone know the S/N on this car, now in Denmark? As extra info, it only has 400 km on the odometer. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Don't know about the price but they certainly know how to take nice pictures... Used, Pre-Owned 1995 FERRARI F50 F50 P30219|Norwood MA
First post.... Was just driving the ol Esprit downtown and decided to drop by the local Ferrari dealership. A guy can dream, right?? I am 100% sure that a Ferrari 308/328/348 + more are in my future. All these cars just have some sort of trance on me. Josh Image Unavailable, Please Login

Although, if I had the time/energy to invest in this project car, I'd grab that and turn it into one of my DD's.
Relatively inexpensive way to join the elite club of F50 caretakers...just can't show it to anyone until it becomes an expensive way to join the elite club of F50 caretakers.
The advantage of this one would be that there's no way it's be a collectible, so I wouldn't feel any guilt for abusing it the way I'd truly like to.
Whats the guesses for how much this will go for?? Was sold for <$700k recently and must need $200k in parts alone to fix. $400k a good guess?
Yes sir, Steve Harris Imports. Still remember going there about 4-5 times a week back in high school. The F-355 GTS (6 speed) White over Bordeaux has always kept me into cars. I still like to row my own boat and enjoy manual doors/windows + unassisted steering.... So an F-40, a 288 GTO, or the F-50 in my daydreams. Josh
Is this 104799? If so, I can't say I'm surprised it got a smack. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m0qp_tXTIi0]Ferrari F50 hard launch and flyby in NYC - YouTube[/ame]

If these idiots have to keep making these reckless videos, just once I would like to see a video of street racing where the driver of the chase car has Miles Davis' "Sketches of Spain" on, or something to that effect. I think it would be hilarious. Instead their choice of music just accentuates their poor taste and lack of other important qualities of the intellect. My opinion...
