Afternoon guys, just wanna share some experience with the car so far.... I LOVE it... I love that the car has bare storage space and my phone occasionally flies around the cabin hitting all the metal exposed floor in the cabin leaving the phone with scratches and bumps around. I love it that my F1 gearbox breaks down sometimes and I could'nt engage Reverse at all but after repeatedly switching on and off, the car gave in and magically repaired itself. All I have to do its give it a good sprint and the gearbox will not give any issues at all till several occasions after using the car. I love it that above 3k rpm the valves rattle loudly while struggling to open up... sometimes it does but if it does'nt just put the hammer down and the valve will be forced to open and my god its loud. Lastly, I love it that 1 month after collecting the car, my horn broke down but then again the horn did'nt sound that loud enough to warn road users, you're better off revving... So much complains I have and when I sent it in the workshop today, I felt that I will be missing it very soon....... That aside, does anyone knows the lemon law well? The scud has only been with me for maybe about 2 months? The dealer that sold the car to me is responsible for repairing all the problems that the car has right ?

Nope, this is is intrue for spore. Australia parking is a big high, that I know . But Aud 40 an hour is not true either.
That dealer is a reputable dealer. And I did see your previous F430 there being repaired as it was being displayed in the showroom for others to buy and just look at. We thought you brought your scud for a 190 point check in ital before you took the car. Ital is reputable and they do give points like we recommend u use Michelin or Pirelli for your tyres, if something is amiss, even a missfire, they will let u know.
Who is the dealer Bro? I believe you can deff use the Lemon law for this. Maybe someone here can point out .
