Alright, everyone here knows that a salvage title is the kiss of death for a Lamborghini. So where are the salvage vehicles headed to overseas?
Meh, not really kiss of death, just lower resale value. If you're going to buy a car to keep and put a TON of miles on, why not go for one with a marked title? The marked title cars will never be collectors cars, which only makes them sought after by people who plant to drive or modify the cars.
This must be the car discussed in a few threads, e.g. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/lamborghinichat-com-sponsored-lamborghini-houston/422757-aventador-crashes-split-half.html. https://www.iaai.com/Vehicles/VehicleDetails.aspx?auctionID=0&itemID=15492343 Some before pics in this old ad, 2012 Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 for Sale - 1556989 - duPontREGISTRY.com. Interesting that the passenger airbag doesn't look like it deployed but the driver's did; maybe angle of the crash? Or maybe a sensor in the passenger seat, so that the car 'knows' it doesn't have to be deployed when there is no passenger ....
Sad to see these lambos in such shape... hopefully they get parted out to bring life to someone else's clean title Lambo!
It's better to see them like this then covered in dust. . . Crazy to see the Aventador ripped in half after watching the video. The new safety technology is outstanding.
The co-part listing says about the yellow Murcielago, stopped up converter. Are converters on Murci's so expen$ive they are being totaled out for that! YIKES!!!

.................i was told that they get 35 to 45% of the ACV the actual cost of Vehicle,( for a car thats hit ) i bid $ 30K on a 2002 Murci that was crashed hard in the rear and was a flood car + i was outbid during the ibid live part, also i bid on a rolls royce phantom that i followed close and it went for $44K, then a week later it was back up for buy it fast at $ 90K so some people buy and try to make a quick buck. well the Murci i lost on i didn`t get to follow when it went live but i was sure my $ 30k Would have bought that wreck., i was wrong , I think those damaged late model murcis sell for $60- to $ 80 K + depends on the damage.
Was looking, then realized not OEM front bumper and switches on the center console are early LP640. . . wtf.
this cars are probably overpaid by shaddy characters that are exporting them and "fixing" them in countries not regulating that sort ofg things and where such a car cost well over 3 times a US or euro price. In my area (N.E) and some times ago, some guys were buying every BMW and Benz they could find in auction. they just outbid anyone in auction on cars that were frankly not worth it for this market. (US). It tunred out that theywere shiping them right off in North africa for resale on that continent
