Transmission Failure Warning

I have been getting "Transmission failure" warning on my 599 in the past few weeks.
It last few seconds and goes away and then on and off again.
Dealer diagnosed the system , reset computer and i was told that my car was ready ,but on the way home warning lights went on again.
Anyone with similar problem ? -outcome.

The original post was from 2009, so one would assume that the issue was resolved...

I would personally go see the dealer straight away.
