I find the ride quality more than acceptable in town as well as on the open road. It is a stiffly sprung sports car with, a track bias, so don't expect an 'S' Class Merc, but if I had to DD it, I would still be smiling at the end of the day. I might be a little more durable than the average bear as I DD'd an F40 for a number of years and I thought that was fine as well.

I agree with the guys above. The ride doesn't bother me but I can't help but feel it bothers the car. The roads in my town kinda suck. On smooth concrete the car is a dream. After a few years of driving my CS, I know all the roads and which ones to use and not use.
I was looking at this car last year before I purchased my CS. It was a consigned car at Bentley Long Island. It has an aftermarket exhaust. Don't know if the previous owner still kept the stock exhaust. I think they were willing to sell it for about 155k at that time. Amazingly how the price of the CS has increased significantly over the past year. I guess that's good for all CS owners.
The ride is actually quite impressive for what it is. I think it is the extremely low unsprung weight. What you will notice is the noise. The soft tires pick up rocks, the engine noise and the expansion joints on the concrete highway. I would say louder but smoother than a GT3.
FYI, 13305 is my car. Still for sale and actually I have a business opportunity I would like to fund some if someone is serious I am willing to deal in the next week or two. I believe there are at least 4 TDF cars in the US (of 264). I believe there is: mine (black calipers, no radio, tan leather, no stripe). One with a stripe, one with no stripe, red nomex interior, and one with tan leather, no stripe, red calipers. Those are the ones I know of. Not sure where they are these days.
CdF, not TdF Canna di Fucile: Challenge-Stradale.com - Ferrari 360 CS VIN 137802 And I am pretty sure there are around 365 US Stradales, not 264.
Yes for sure. US proces going up and RHD cars in the UK go for £140k now. I've read 3 RHD CS's were recently sold (£137k, £139k and £148k). Euro LHD cars can still be bought for less than 90k.
There are at least a dozen North American spec TDF CS's. 264 is incorrect. And there are no NA spec TDF CS's with OEM factory "applied" stripe (i.e., it left the factory that way and is imprinted on the modis/build sheet/window sticker).
#4406 just broke 20k mile and is running stronger than ever. These cars are just such wonderful creations and meant to be driven. CS... there is no substitute! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Nicely done! Your 2nd pic reminds me of this shot I took down in Napa. Image Unavailable, Please Login
That is a great shot Andrew, really brings out the Rosso Scuderia out of the color. Perhaps if i adjust a little it would look more scuderia. Image Unavailable, Please Login
h2oskier's awesome bianco CS headed to Texas. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
My understanding is the dynamic for RHD drive cars is very different. IE, if you want a RHD car because you are in the UK and are not happy with LHD (most likely for people who grew up driving RHD) there is simply no substitute. Do we have RHD production numbers? I suspect they are very very low. This is compounded by the fact that many of the other special ferrari's were only available in LHD--as well as other supercars (CGT, SLR, MC12 etc etc etc). So that makes the RHD Stradale especially rare--from a raw production numbers (to be verified) and from an economic substitution stand point.
Hot damn..I'm sad to see h20skier's CS leave... That was one of my favorite CS...I would've tried to buy it if I knew he was selling it.
I'm in Napa a lot and always dream of having my CS with me. But I feel like everyone would hate me because of the noise. Everything is so quiet and peaceful and eco friendly there.
Not gonna be the same without the CS among these white (and two black beasts) Image Unavailable, Please Login
