Just thought i'd post a pic . Just put the wheels on it today. imho makes it look 10 years newer. 18 x 8.5 of front w/ 225/40/18 and 18 x 10.5 on rear w/ 273/35/18

need to lower the car now. the gaps look wonky. offset in the rear is a little weird, too.

but it does make it look newer

not sure the obsession with putting new wheels on the 348. I like the OEM wheels. accept it for what it is. it's a not newer Ferrari. doesn't mean that it's any less nice

I liked the design of factory wheels too, just did't like the tall sidewalls of the factory size

I should take a pic on flat pavement. Where it's parked the pavement rolls down near the back of the car.

seems like the most common way to upgrade to factory 18's is to runs 360 wheels. Personally i'm not to fond of them. I could not find any internet images with the 550 wheels on a 348. They fit without any problems.

Of course the best way to upgrade to 18's is the 355 wheels, but i just didn't care so much about the size upgrade to spend $4000 dollars on a set of used wheels

It's obviously the picture, but the front wheel looks convex while the rear looks concave. Nice job. More pics......

I agree more pics needed. Might be a great upgrade. Rear tires on your rear look too narrow at the sidewall. Could be picture illusion. Makes wheel show more at lip than it should. I think the 550 wheel looks better than 360 wheel. Now the prices of 550 wheels are going to go up. Right now $1500 a set New. That price is not going to last of this new 348 look catches on.

Hopefully next week we get around to lowering it. It can easily stand at least an inch or more. Once i lower it i'll park it flat and post more pictures. As soon as we let the lift down we knew it needed to be lowered, then i think it will look perfect.I live in Pa, home of bad roads, hopefully lowering it isn't going to cause me grief with the front spoiler. Unfortunately, today we needed to move on to customers cars , working on my car doesn't pay the bills.

I think it looks real good but I guess I am a little biased because the first thing I did on my 348 was to get 355 wheels with Michelin Pilot Super Sports. I also didn't care for the high sidewall of the original size tires. Looking forward to see the difference when you lower it. I also agree with the poor PA roads being a native who finally left seven years ago. Do miss the roads with turns in them though. :)

Lowered the rear this week. I know the front could come down a little , but i have to be careful, the pa. roads are killers. Now if i could just get people to stop asking me if it's a damn kit car

Hmmm still has quite a bit of fender gap. Maybe taller tires when the time comes?

Nice! New stance and wheels make a huge difference. How did you go about lowering the car? I'd like to bring my 355 down a little...

348's have adjustable coilovers. all you do is loosen the lock ring , turn down the cup and re tighten the lock ring. i believe 355;s are the same. one turn is 1.2mm in ride height. snapon makes the spanner whenches needed. the part #'s are ahs301 and ahs304.one for the lock ring and one for the spring cup.

Were you able to turn it without compressing the springs?

Could be the low [almost winter] sun angle; lights up the wheel wells.

thanks , they can be had for a great price too compared to some other options. i searched the internet for images of a car with them but couldn't find any so i was a little apprehensive about buying them. they fit great and i'm really happy with the look.

Looks really "right" now. Amazing that one turn down would make that much change. Thanks for the update.

I like the wheels and the look. I have 360 wheels on my 348 as do some others here. Are your wheels sticking out a bit far on the rears? it looks that way. Some guys have the wheel hubs machined by as much a 25mm to bring the tires back inside the wheel wells. My 360 wheels were not machined but they don't stick out although mine is an SS with a different rear track width. Maybe some others have info on who could machine them. I'm in PA too are you near Reading? The Penn Jersey FCA has alot of good events you should check out. If you are nearby we should get together sometime.
