    I was enjoying a chilly, top out Georgia fall drive today when I realized its been just over a year since I picked up my 1995 355 GTS and drove it home from Boston.

    I had no issues on that first trip at all. When I first got it home to GA I did a complete survey of the car, created a "car book", did an annual service myself, fixed some sticky bits, repaired some worn leather, added a complete Fabspeed exhaust system and waxed it.

    Since then, over the past 13 months its taken us to Amelia Island, Sebring, Miami, many trips to the North GA mountains and has visited many local car gatherings.

    I have had ZERO, NADA, NO issues or trouble at all with this car...it's absolutely the most enjoyable car I have ever owned. I am going to do a major this winter and tend to some minor paint imperfections and continue to drive the crap out of it for another year!

    I suppose it may pass 50,000 miles next year and you know what? I don't care!!

    Great post Ed. And a great looking car as well. While I haven't been quite as fortunate during my first year+ of ownership, I hope that all of the little gremlins have worked themselves out by now. I just returned from a wonderful ride in the local mountains with my wife and capped it off with a great Italian meal. The car ran flawlessly. Congratulations!

    Thanks for sharing Ed. I just purchased a 355 spider and hope to drive it and enjoy it as much as you have.

    We need more posts about cars that don't have problems! Put mine away for the season a week ago. So one seaons, no problems here.

    I have had the fortune of seeing the car a couple of times and following Ed on a fast mountain drive. Not only is the car great looking but Ed can drive the snot out of it (and he's a nice guy). Of course it's a proven fact that GTS's are much faster than B's and spiders :)

    Very nice car Ed. Black and Tan is a great combination. It's even better since it is a 95.;)
