    Sometimes to get it to engage....

    Need a metal rod placed on the top of the motor and a good whack with a hammer to wake it up...

    What's the problem?

    Bit embarrasing!!!!

    Starter solenoid.
    Same as a nissan forgot model and year.Any starter shop should have no problem matching it up.

    Might want to PM plugzit(Bruce)....he has a rebuild kit and has worked on these many times before
