    Anyone have copies of the race results for the F355 Challenge series? I found the results from a few races but thought maybe someone here might have them all in a binder somewhere.

    Anyone know where F-Chatter OLDGUY went to? He indicated on a thread from a few years ago that he kept an archive of all the Challenge results. Would be nice to talk to him and get that information digitized somehow.

    I'd be very curious to find out any history on my car, ideally including any crash history and any old photos.

    Any suggestions on where to look for such things?

    The first thing you could do is search for the VIN online. Back when I was considering your car for purchase I did that and came up with a bunch of online advertisements showing it in slightly different configurations. The next thing would be to try and identify who drivers were in the series. The previous owner of my car got a nice letter and some color photographs of the car racing in the series from one of the guys who owned it and raced back in the day. I also have copies of all the service records from the dealerships that looked after the car. The records show when the car was getting prepared for a race and then afterward if there were any body repairs. I called Ferrari US head office as well asking for the race history but so far have not received anything. I also searched these forums to see what was known and from the looks of things if we could figure out who the user OLDGUY is and make contact with him we would hit a jackpot of data. He appears to have stopped posting several years ago and I really do hope that he is still with us. With a name like OLDGUY you never know.

    Yes, I looked into it -- I was able to get the car's history for when it was in Germany and raced in Europe; there are copies of the race logs in a ~5" binder that I bought from two owners' prior (long story).

    I have also saved a rough history of how it was configured over the years when it was owned by different parties. However, those configurations only come up when the car was advertised for re-sale and there was no real thorough race history.
