That looks very identical
You probably know a lot about this particular Miata-based Dino-inspired car, since I strongly suspect you're the owner. That, or it's an amazing coincidence that on the miata.net forum where this car ad showed up, another newly registered user showed up to post about this exact same car, and has the forum name Dinofan... Miata = Ferrari dino. No Really. - MX-5 Miata Forum Do you frequent many other forums trying to put a positive spin on this car that you're selling?
My dear Watson, your deductions and resourcefulness are appreciated although if I told you whom I really am "you would NOT" believe me. All things considered, don't have any desire to be affiliated w a thread called "crappy replicas". everyone is free to make their decision of what is in their fancy (no need for me to put on any spin) Anyway, it is just fair to bring all up to date to what the facts are! Sure you not only 1 to appreciate it here, Enjoy cheers Image Unavailable, Please Login
So, Dinofan2, just come right out and tell us: Do you own this car, and are you trying to sell it? Seriously, that's what it looks like. I don't care who you are, but full disclosure of your motivations is always a good thing.
Oh, ok. its my pleasure Champ. Now back to question. I am not the owner, but do know whom the owner is and its previous owner since the New York kit car maker does order custom Carbon fiber parts from me. As far as mine motivations (stated above) am not trying to sell a replica on a Ferrari chat forum! only to provide more info on the car. Feel free w any carbon needs for your Ferrari / Molds or any other custom order parts... hope we up to speed Gents
I, for one, think it is a magnificent replica! Well done DinoFan2. Here's a link to a very interesting build as well. http://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum1/HTML/090962.html
Very nice sir!! glad 4your supoort in keepin it positive! any say on that? Strangelover cheers coastexotics Dinofan
nice effort as well, too bad they have been trying to discredit orange one on the GtSpirit site Overkill: Lamborghini Reventon Roadster Replica ..am sure be a feast 4 Strangelova above
Except that you have never posted in any other forum here on Ferrarichat. My dear sir, if you have come here to promote a "non-crappy" replica that you have for sale, just say so. Various people will have various opinions about doing that on a Ferrari site, but at least you'll have been honest. If you came here hoping for praise for your Dino replica, you might have figured out by now that this is Ferrarichat, not phonycarchat, and that the prevailing view of replicas around her is not too favorable. That said, your fake Dino sure beats the hell out of the ubercrappy Kelmark VW-based Dino replicas. If you go to my profile page, you can see my car, learn where I live, and find out my real first name. Send me a PM and I'll tell you my last name as well. Point is, stop hiding. You're no celebrity. . . let's cut with the "Mystery Man" subterfuge. Come out and tell us who you are and what is your interest in this car. Then we will judge you as harshly as we like. But at least we won't be judging you for being just as phony as the car you're trying to promote here for free. Hell, maybe VHF1SkullAvenger will even decide to buy it and shoehorn an LT-1 engine into the back of it. Easily done.
All i can say is "wow", thanks for the lenghty post. I praise you for it . Am not a regular visitor to chat (of any kind) so excuse me sticking to this subject matter. Don't know what made u believe i promote anything (since the car has already been sold) as all i did was state some facts instead gossip and now just come back to check if there will be any of interest without any secrecy.....thanks gain for instructions on how to contact you and even though i am an avid motorcycle rider, I love to start with how to post picture of car of mine in the profile, but have no option in profile to upload one
So you're famous but still secret without any secrecy, and offering to help with carbon needs, molds, custom order parts... but not promoting anything. Aside from carbon needs, molds, custom order parts.
...what is wrong with some of you? ok, look you got me! Apologies I offered any services, some of you have aftermarket parts on your car manufactured by my company. Now, don't you have anything better to do?? like go and "shine your car"
I don't know where the attitude is coming from. All I'm saying is: 1) What, exactly, is your interest in this car? If you're the owner, please say so. If you know the owner, why not tell us a bit about it? 2) If you are the owner of a company that produces aftermarket parts for Ferraris, why would you go to such trouble not to let us know who you are? It seems like a very strange business model to me. . . I don't know many people who are likely to order expensive parts from an unknown party. The only big carbon-fiber parts supplier I know is a sponsor here, and their representatives have paid subscriptions and links to their websites. I also don't know what you mean by "You got me." Although I have a degree in English, I cannot figure out what you're saying in most of your posts. Most people who post here often have paid subscriptions; your lack of one is the reason that you can't post a picture of your car. You don't have to reveal who you are, but if you're sincerely offering to sell something, it's not likely to happen without a paid subscription and saying who you are at the very least. A sponsorship would be even better.
Pontiac Fiero Ferrari BB512 | eBay Like his claim its faster than original Boxer. Not your average build: very well put together, very reliable and very enjoyable with high end features like coil-over suspension, 4 Wheel Wilwood disk brakes, modern air conditioning. A very cool daily driver with a drivetrain that sounds killer and makes it perform better than the original car!
