What about the red car that Brett has had for a while now? Is that not US-spec?

 

Just looked it up - that red Huayra is chassis #001, a non-US spec demo car that toured the dealers here and appeared at many events.

I think we could be dealing with more fine evidence of misleading web journalism as I doubt seriously that car is owned by Mr David.

The US-spec Huayra's have very obvious side marker lights on all corners. You can see them in this photo. They aren't just tacked on either, they are recessed into the carbon panels.

It is very interesting what you say here James, I am sure you are in a privelege position of very few people who have opportunitys to observe closely and in great detail, perhaps even drive machines of this segment. There for this is a big statement of impact, can you so then elaborate exactly why/how/where Horacio's cars are WAY superior to these three? Mostly, I am interested in your feeling of what 918 and P1 feel like to drive, I have heard that private people like you are now able to test drive these special machines with production specification.
