What are the controls on the box next to the drivers seat on the floor? Can't tell if its real wood or not but I do kind of like the extra wood trim used on the dash.

    Good day Jim,

I believe they were to control the power seats, as they were apparently another modification by the first owner... which I was told was a Arabic Diplomat.

    Cheers,

    Sam

Jeez, those side markers are truly horrible. Whoever did that to the car should be ashamed of themselves.

Yes Aidan sometimes its easy to forget that your car was blessed and doesn't have them. Thankfully the one I have now doesn't either. If you look so many of them have the exact same ones as this 365.

I would pay the $22,000 CAN that it sold for in October 2010 -- http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/365-gt4-2-2-400-412/426267-1977-365gt4-2-2-chassis-18371-a.html#post142682743 -- but the $49,500 USD that today's seller is asking -- Ferrari 365 GT4 2+2 -- is too much. The tired upholstery, delaminated backlight, and the rear shock caked with a kind of road dirt that I associate with driving many miles on salted roads, suggest a car in need of $20K worth of TLC, or more, to bring it up to the level of a $50K 365 GT4 2+2. If indeed there is such a thing as a $50K 365 GT4 2+2.

Nope. There have been too many hands changing/customizing it. It will either always be a strange one off car or take a fortune to put back factory correct. That doesn't make it a bad car but it just isn't for me.

I just thought these ones are particularly crude. No offense intended to other cars.

I think the black surrounding the lens with the red paint really makes them stand out.
