Seriously hope it wasn't a customer car.... Love the face of the dude leaning on the truck! Image Unavailable, Please Login
It seems mostly cosmetic... For guys in Maranello this is an easy fix... They probably won't even report it to the client...
Is that your photo? Give it a coupe of days until that trash site "wrecked exotics" takes it & places on their watermark to boost advertising & site traffic.
Hard to tell how much damage there is from that picture. I wouldn't just say it's a minor thing...those trucks weigh a lot and have a LOT of momentum at slow speeds compared to a regular econobox in Europe.
Maybe it is a customer car and they were taking it around for one of those break in periods... For the black wheels maybe it's an option?
Protective wrapping suggests it is most probably a customer car on its pre-delivery road test. Customer cars are now being seen test driving around Maranello, showing different colours and specs.
Weren't they still testing the car for fine tuning? Maybe this is just one of the models. Anyhow, no biggie. **** happens.
Not saying they have started delivering (in fact, none yet AFAIK) but the various colours and specs seen suggest we are starting to see production units, as opposed to the previous test or developing units. Given the exclusivity of this model, I wouldn't be surprised if customer car tests involve much more than the typical 50-km-long-ride of the standard range models. Probably also some fine tuning of each and every LaF unit is in order.
