look at the rust in that bucket whoa!
With Gullwing Motor Cars everything is an adventure. Easy people to sell a car to. But only the most cautious and knowledgeable should buy from them.

We've seen this before, people buy stuff from maseratistore.com and then resell them on ebay or amazon. but it may not always be the case, some retailers have part of the Maserati watch collection as well (seen one in Abu Dhabi for example).
And fortunately it's the day hand. It's best not to keep track of how many days it takes when repairing your Maserati.
And I see that they finally sold that 3500, asking $80k… http://www.gullwingmotorcars.com/1963-maserati-3500gti-coupe-c-951.htm? 1963 Maserati 3500GTI Coupe Stock: 18391 Year: 1963 Make: Maserati Model: 3500GTI Trim: Coupe Transmission:4-Speed Manual Exterior Color: Silver Interior Color:Red Sold More Info

Full six figure restoration project but it all appears to be there. It's a 30k right now and the reserve is not met, I cannot imagine much more for a car needing a solid $100k+ restoration.
Someone's going to pay it. Hopefully it isn't purchased and then NOT restored when the buyer finds out what they got themselves into.....

Replica Kit Makes 450S 450S | eBay Just have a look at that engine ... "A company out of Argentina is selling very similar replicas (but with a maserati engine) for $150,000. A little work and this car could easily fetch close to $100,000 at auction."
I remember the gentleman who made that body posting pictures here a few years back. I wish I had his sheet-metal forming skills, but with all that work would have followed the original shape closer. Let me not get started on the mechanicals. Best, Jack.
Anyone up for a Khamsin project? Could be a good starting point, especially if you have the parts to return the rear end of this freak show back to its original state, but unfortunately there is not much to judge it by. 1976 Maserati Khamsin and 1975 Rolls Royce wedding car (i speak Fr/En)
I think that photo has been posted somewhere on this forum before. Nobody can forget that image. It is worth buying just to save it.... This is why some people should not be sold certain cars, what a shame it was done in the first place....
