within 4hrs...but the .04 is the adjusted number...they always adjust for the amount of hours that have passed to get a correct reading for 'what occured at the actual time in question', not the point it was at at the hospital...

With N Illinois losing, my BCS picks change a litte

Title game - FSU vs OSU
    Orange - Bama vs Clemson
    Sugar - Auburn vs Baylor
Fiesta - Ok St vs UCF
    Rose - MSU vs Stanford

Oregon misses out even though they're about ranked the same as Clemson. Orange and Sugar will likely pass over Oregon due to lack of traveling fan base compared to Clemson's proximity to both bowls. Fiesta would love to take Oregon, but can't as they have to take the B12 champion and with the last at-large selection, they'll get UCF since Orange and Sugar passed over UCF earlier.

This morning, I saw that Nick Saban joined the ESPN College Gameday crew, and to me he looked very uncomfortable, like a guy who thought he should be elsewhere (like preparing to coach his team in the game) and perhaps realizing that his decision-making was the reason why.

There goes my Oklahoma Sate and Baylor picks. Likely would have to be reversed with Baylor (or Texas) in Fiesta vs UCF and Oklahoma State vs Auburn (or Mizzou).

    Upsets continue...

I'm sure this is a dumb question.... But just a thought I had re: the college bowl/playoff system.

Would it be possible for the NFL to 'buy' the BCS organization? Or all the conferences? Would be interesting if they made all the rules consistent and ran it like the minor league for the NFL. Controlled fines, suspensions, etc. And made a proper playoff system that made sense.

It's a business they know well.

Heck of a response by Missouri... This game is a track meet!

Scary sight with Josey's back hitting the sharp corner of that cart... Reminded me of a few years ago when a player broke his leg by running into a cart behind the end zone... Ouch!
