Hi Team, Just an update from down under, this is what Liz Bryant from Veloce sent me today, "This is Liz from Veloce Publishing Ltd. , Many thanks for your order- we shipped it yesterday for you- so I hope it reaches you shortly. We also read your note you placed with your order- Im sorry you had such bad luck with amazon! It is often best to buy direct from the publisher- the Ferrari book came into stock here in October and was available for purchase almost immediately from our website- whereas there is always a bit of a delay with amazon getting our books. In future if you are interested in any of our books you can always check our website (Veloce Publishing) which has the most up to date information. If you would like any more information on latest stock we can also add you to our monthly e-newsletter if you would like. Let me know if I can help you with anything else at all! Kind regards, Liz" I'm glad to say, at least one company knows how to make a happy customer!!!! Have a great Xmas to all! Regards Doug
Grazie! Love the GTO, did you buy the car recently? Do you know anything about it's history? Gr. Martin
I have a 288 GTO tool pouch sitting in my garage. It isn't a tool bag for a TR, it is specific and for a GTO.
since Ferraris are as much about design as performance I add; "cool garage gates" reminds me of Argentina.
I would rather say Arabian peninsula ??? Joe, congrats for your book, I received it recently and it joined the 400 other Ferrari books of my collection. Olivier
Well after waiting for Amazon.com all this time (order placed May 2012) and still no delivery estimate available, I cancelled my order. Two minutes later, went to Amazon.co.uk and ordered.......delivery date Dec. 19th. It seems the book is readily available from many different sources, just not the one you'd think would be easiest. Fingers and toes crossed, something that takes this long to get MUST be worth the wait. I'm sure it's a good sign.

I got a mailed flyer from Gooding indicating that there will be a GTO in their Scottsdale auction in January. But, I don't see a GTO on the Gooding web site. Does anyone know about the GTO that will be in the auction?
Now, the GTO is on Gooding's web site. According to the site it is chassis 52475. But, there is no detailed description on the site yet.
