Gallardo replacement

I'm sorry I did mean Fiat. Many of us have seen their presentations to the public of their 3 year plans and release dates. For example, we knew 2 years in advance the 458 spider's release date as well as the FF's and F12's introduction date.

 

Yes I exagurated to make a point. We can't make any statements at all since we have nothing to back up our claims. Even if the magazines are right about the 600hp it doesn't tell us much about the car.

The car lost some weight and the rear suspension was the same as the R8, but I believe the R8 was built on the Gallardo platform rather than the other way around.
I don't think Audi's economy division would be very happy if they had to fund a whole new platform instead of just tweaking the existing one.

 

Well we will have to wait and see, I am just saying if the magazines are correct than the replacement is not any better than the 458 in my eyes.

Maybe 700 since the front looks like a squashed LP700 anyways. As with most nice shapes, very interested to see the back end.

Maybe Lamborghini have used up all the cool bull names and the only ones left are like 'Ralph' and other non exotic bull names and now their having to reach.

I was hoping they'd use Ferdinand.
But once Audi took over I guess that one as out.

 

Received an invite for a private preview Feb 6-9th. Should learn a lot more mid January after dealer preview.
