Has any one converted a Mondial QV on injection to run carbs from a 308 and if so what would be involved with such a conversion?

First you will need a proper intake manifold. The heads are different from a QV to a carb.

yes, the folks over on the ohter site *********** got one being put together. you can get a carb and carb manifold from forumulagt.de in germany. they are for IDA type weber rather than the DCNF's found on the standard 308's

sjn5 here on fchat did a mondial 4v car a few years ago running with dcnf's. if you do a search im sure you will stumble upon it.

    best of luck...regards

There's an article about that car in the December 2009 issue of Forza (issue #98)

Do you want carbs or just the sound? If sound only you could convert to a multi-TB set up.

Yes, that 'sound' is always impressive - especially when the car is featured in a movie
