After much contemplation, I have decided to sell my CS. It is absolutely one of the most amazing cars I have ever drive, but it just does not seem to fit into my lifestyle at the moment. If it was one of a dozen cars, sure, but it overlaps with my race car too much and isn't practical for day to day errands. Not sure what I will repalce it with, maybe a Boxster Spyder. Anyway I hope to find a good home for her.

I'm sorry Ed, but did you say you were getting rid of a 360CS for a Porsche Boxster?? Just checking cause i thought i was hallucinating ;)

Lol, yes. I love the car but for what my use is, a convertible that I won't mind driving into the City more fits the need. I already have a 996 race car do that fills my need for raw speed. Call me crazy, but I've owned a few Boxsters over the years and I always enjoyed driving them.

The pedigree is interesting. The prior owner did not know the history. It was my research after I purchased it that led me to discovering the history and acquiring the window sticker. That was quite a find.

Beautiful car. The Boxster spider is a fun car too but wouldnt it also overlap with your track car? It's not the most practical Porsche.

Is that first pic from the ROE a couple of years ago at Pindar Vineyards? I think that is my old 355 spider two cars down from you. Funny it's next to an F430 spider which I now have. I guess it was fate!

    Car is gorgeous. GLWS!

FYI, current mileage is 11,000. Been enjoying the fall out on the east end wine tasting, etc.

I've been tempted myself as well, but the combo of the accident history, no stripe, and off color (interior particularly, IMO), add up to a deal breaker for me. Mileage is nice, though!

The color combo has to work. TDF/Tan is one of the more popular colors in terms of build. Obviously red is the most popular. As far as I have seen on the registries, there are no TDF stripe cars in the US. I've heard there is one, maybe just not documented and I know there is one with an aftermarket stripe.
