Hello, I've recently purchased a '78 930 that my Dad used to own (coincidentally found it on ebay). It has has something of an interesting life since my father sold the car in 1983, being a bit hot-rodded and having the interior replaced. Over time, I intend to return the car to the state in which my Dad owned the car. Having had the mechancals sorted, I'm trying to get the car's interior back to original, but need the following information (pics) that I can't seem to scavenge from the internet. 1. Photo of the leather dash seam so that I can see the stitching. 2. Photo of the leather on the steering wheel, particularly the stitching and the seams. 3. Photo of the hand holds, again, stitching and seams. 4. Photo of where the B-pillars meet the headliner 5. Photo of the inside rear quarter where the leather vertical panel meets the wheel arch section. Any help (particularly detailed photos) would be most appreciated. Thanks, Ron

From my 1978 German 930. 3) I could not find a seam on the hand holds, I believe they are rubber. 5) I could not take a picture of this part of my car. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Fitz, If I can be a total bother, is there a photo that shows how that folded seam in photo one fits into the ridge in the dash? Additionally, I assume there is a seam in the steering wheel at the 6 o'clock position? Thanks, Ron
Were black or ivory headliners more common in a 930? If the build sheet doesn't specify would have been the default? Car is red w/black leather. Thanks, Ron
Is there a source for the original Porsche CR radio found in 78? I've scavenged ebay to no avail. Hoping someone restores them somewhere. Thanks, Ron
