    Here is an extra low pass in a remote area. Hopefully, not a re-post.

    Based on the big "3A" on the side, this looks like a Douglas C-47 Skytrain.
    If it is that plane, then the name on the nose would be "SKY KING" (hard to see in the video as it passes by).

    Ron- Definitely a Gooney Bird. First airplane I ever flew in was a C-47 from Oslo, Norway to Wiesbaden, Gemany piloted by my father in 1959. Believe she was built in 1942. Last Gooney Bird I flew in was a DC-3 from Dallas to Roswell in 1965.
