    A 348 spider caught my eye in Orem. It needs some things, but I don't mind cleaning up a few cosmetics issues here and there and getting my hands dirty.

    Anyway, weighing the options of flying out for a couple of days vs seeing if someone was close enough to look at it while we were on the phone. I'd be willing to compensate for the time. Not looking for a full on PPI, mostly a cosmetic once over.

    I live in Provo, just the next town over. Are you looking at the Asay Auto car? I've thought about stopping by a couple times to check out the car but never got around to it. It's been on their lot for several months.
    I think the guy who owns the dealership is Richard Asay, he used to come into the credit union I worked at when he first started selling cars.

    Yes that is the car. It's not an FCA award winner, has fairly high miles at 41K and looks to need some sprucing up, but they have come down on their price considerably and I'm fairly tempted to throw an offer at them.

    I need to do a little car history and some other things, but once I call them and get some more facts maybe we could work something out...???

    I'd be happy to help out if I can, no need for remuneration either. I've got some free time on Tuesdays and Saturdays if you're able to work something out with the dealership. Maybe you could mention that a friend of yours will be looking at the car and he needs to test drive it for you as well. ;) :D
