I didn't think I would like it but I do. Usually I have to say. Personally I would rather have a leather and carbon finish.

Looks really cool. Is that a glass roof on it as well?

Looks like a Florida car, with Florida taste. :)

The GT spirit of the FF/F12 also works very well with warmer classic (retro) interiors as opposed to just the hard-edged hi-tech materials of boy-racer themes.

I wonder if the wood trim came out of the Ferrari Inedita studio. Not sure how well-integrated the Inedita initiative has developed because it wasn't mentioned to me when I spec'd my car but I would have been interested in using its services had I known of it.

Here's another link to the Ferrari custom design studio.

That is a pretty nice interior. Fits with the color scheme. I can see how some people would like this.

Hey, thanks for the custom design studio link, by far the most detailed report of the Tailor Made for now. I agree with you on the classic interiors suiting the FF (actually, I love classic combos on all models) and yes, I'm sure the OP FF came from that Tailor Made program.

Anyone know what the seat inserts are made of and what the design is called?

The wood trim looks great, but what's going on with those seats? Not a good look IMO.

Looks sort of like a woolen fabric of some kind. I've seen pics of several different fabrics used for the inserts, and really like the idea. We looked at the Tailor Made options when speccing our car and the possibilities are nearly unlimited. We were sorely tempted by a charcoal with red pinstripes wool insert much like this, but decided the leather would wear better with heavy use, and with contrasting stitching and alcantara cutline inserts, it starts to get a bit too much. And you can have them do any pattern you want, so I kinda doubt there's a name for that other than "tailor made"...

I hadn't thought about the wear, thought it would be softer than leather. I may go away from Daytona seats for my next Ferrari thinking that is where some of the 'hot spots' come from in my butt on long drives. We will see. Too bad there isn't someplace to go where there are a pile of different seats to try your butt on.

Thought I would hate it...but I love it...love it, love it, love it! The entire interior is so unique, classy, and interesting. I wouldn't have had the balls to go there myself, but damn it looks good.

A creation of retired Florida folks still stuck in the 80s.

this is in the latest ferrari magazine where it is described as the "ocean concept" apparently done for pebble beach.
the exterior is in blue "californian hydro reflection" whilst the interior fabric is something called kvadrat canvas (90% wool,10% nylon).

Correct. I saw this at Pebble Beach. I loved it!

BTW, was there a price sticker on it?

Its not my taste and I also thought I would not like it but it really does work. I think it comes down to masterful execution. I think the FF is already a kind of different kind of Ferrari so why not take it the next step?

Gorgeous...I'm not sold on the seat inserts either but the rest is absolutely breathtaking.
