I remember one of the bumpers being repainted...can't remember front or rear and am not sure why either.
Do the cars down under need to be right hand drive cars? You know the steering wheel and pedals on opposite side that say Italy would have them on
Would be great to join the ranks of the Scud/CS owners like you On the other hand the Huracan has me intrigued. Though one will depreciate and the other will appreciate. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I prefer no stripe on CS as well. Love the subtle beauty of the design. Also when you feel like it you can always vinyl it for kicks.
There's only one white CS I'd buy and the car in question would NOT be the one. Luckily, I already get to drive the white CS I'd buy.
Please read the posts about this white CS in the CS Market topic, there's quite a bit of info and history here: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/360-430/277227-cs-market-267.html Link to registry: Challenge-Stradale.com - Ferrari 360 CS VIN 139417

We seem to have lots of different rules here in Oz. I have a '67 Camaro which is still LHD and because of the age of the car I dont have to convert it to RHD (which is what our cars are down here) We can import 360 and a few other models from RHD countries like Britain and Asia, because they are right hook and were considered low volume sellers in their day. Because of this 360's are fairly cheap F/cars (AUD 130k gets a good one) F430 doesn't qualify as low volume so unless you own one thats RHD outside this country for over a year you cant bring it in. As a result they cost more AUD 250k gets a good one.
You can a scud in the US for $170k also...there is a red one on eBay right now for 169k bin. And there have been high(er) mileage ones sell for less. Top of CS and bottom of Scud markets have over lapped for awhile here. On the other hand, buying 458's in the Middle East and Europe and selling them in the US is another story...
it seems that everything made after 2000 is loosing value very fast here...exceptions are small numbers cars like GTO, SA Aperta, Enzo, 16M but the rest is almost paranoia :-(
Interesting...listed for sale by a relatively new FChat member for 97k http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/ferraris/434689-ferrari-360-challenge-stradale-2003-color-rosso-scuderia.html
