Attached is an Excel spreadsheet (thanks shmark) and a Word document. Admittedly, I'm not an Excel expert, so, as we update from here, and I hope we will, please save the documents and make corrections as you see fit.

So far, there are just over 100 Euro QVs in North America on the list. Roughly 60 are accounted for through FChatters/owners, ebay sales, internet ads, etc. I think this is a good start and I appreciate the thread contributions, pictures and PMs. I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge Wade Nunez and his QV Registry (308qvregister), which he has been working on for years. Hopefully, some of this new information will prompt him to update his database! J/K Wade...thanks for what you do. :)

If sold new in Paris, does she still have the famous "Ch. Pozzi" sticker in the center of the rear window today, as all Pozzi-sold cars had when delivered new, and into which all french Ferraristi take great pride for a "full stock" car?
(That one hereunder is the one on my 328 GTB, sold new by Pozzi Paris in April 1989)

Wow! Now that is how to do a widebody 308, looks just the right amount of crazy. Any more pictures, maybe out in the light?

There is also at least one Euro QV here in VA. '85 GTSi, red/black, over 100K miles. Owner is an infrequent F-chatter.

GREAT job Mark! And thanks Shmark for doing the spreadsheet.

We have a very interesting distribution between the years. You could say it's odd! LOL
    31 - 1983
    33 - 1984
    35 - 1985

Hey, does anyone think the imported by information from our data plates might be of some value? My data plate shows "Imported by Robert Sherwood September 1984". Perhaps others are from shops that might show some other trend, such as x number imported though a shop we know was in Houston, vs a shop we know was in Danbury, CT.

"anything is possible".....if original that is a special order interior. Leather dashes are well known...that type of treatment, less so.

They have taken all the normal black bits, dash and armrests to a custom color.

It as almost random, any dealer willing to jump all the hoops could make the plate, as I understand it.

There was a financial Bond in place with DOT to lose, if you failed.

that was the only ante, into the game

    Interesting. Mine says

Imported by Edison M. Cesar III

The date underneath shows 1/85 but I always thought that was the date of manufacture?

My appologies! I did mistype that. The imported by line is separate from the date of manufacture, which on my car was September 1984.

I know the import date on my car to be October 29, 1984 from the records I recieved on it from the NHTSA.

Hey Tex - It makes me wonder if every one of our Euro cars has a different importer name on the data plate. Were there laws restricting imports to only unique individuals? Ferrari frowned upon dealers engaging in the grey market, so I doubt we'll find a data plate that reads "Ferrari of..."

    Hey Guys,
my door jamb tag shows the importer as John G. Hanna, which was the original purchaser in Germany. Imported in 86. He was a sgt. in the USAF stationed in Germany

Thank you very much! Please invite Martin to Ferrari Chat. I'm sure there are many, like me, interested in reading about his unique Euro QV.

I've added 54979 to this registry.
