Found a 2008 sessanta with 49k miles for sale. Ad says it has a new clutch but before I can speak to the dealer I am just looking for any info re ccm disc/ pad wear that any owners may have.

I will obviously check the service history etc but we get told the discs are good for the lifetime of the car - how many miles is that? Driving style will influence this i would expect but have any 612 owners had to replace them and at what mileage/cost I would probably keep the car for 10k miles or a year or so and I am not so keen if I would have to spend possibly 20% of the cars value on discs during my ownership. Pads fair enough.

I have done some research here so will keep in mind stckys and leather stretching.

It looks tdf and grgio silverstone which I like, I had a silverstone California and have a titanio 458. Always liked the 612 and have been keeping an eye on cars for sale for a while when this popped up.

More knowledgeable folks will no doubt chime in to answer your question. Me, I'm just envious that you have the Sessanta in your firing line! Do post some photos when/if possible!

Which Sessanta is it? Each one has a unique badge commemorating an event in Ferrari's history.

I emailed for some info this afternoon including a pic of the badge next to the transmission controls as I know about the sessanta, but no reply yet.

Not great pics but it looks tdf/silver stone. I got the build sheet from my dealer but it is somewhat lacking in info - same as ad really! The interior is charcoal but note the ad mentions Daytona seats.

Spec sheet says it has the optional silver dedication plate which you can see above the glovebox. That can be a good or bad thing depending on what the first owner had inscribed.

It is a original uk car, 1 of 4 rhd I think. Good to see an f car used but it will depend on history whether I am interested. Replacement ccms are very expensive.

I have the serial number if anybody can shed any light on the car.

I saw that car at the Finali Mondiali in Mugello, Italy in 2008.
I'll look in to my records tomorrow and give you what details I have.
The car has the Tourist Trophy plaque.

The two cars pictured (11 FXG & LJ57WWA) are one and the same, the paint is actually Blu Scozia.
