348 and 355 Map

I like the idea. Do two separate maps, 355/348.

 

That's pretty cool. Have to research that one.

Great , now when someone needs to steal something , they can just look at a map to locate it. no thanks.

Don't forget to include you location and car color (marker).

You don't need to include your actual address, just a general location is okay.

For you PC techies. How do I make that a hyperlink that says "355 owners map" rather than a web address?

Figured it out.

 

Looks like there are only 3 of us in the country with 348's! Super rare

 

That was tricky... when I saw yours I almost deleted mine.

 

I wanted to have it show the world map, but it was only showing my location.

 

I think you just didn't zoom out.

Thanks Lou for the suggestion. I'm going to start a thread just for the 355 map itself to clean this up a bit.

 

How long does it take for one's profile to be posted on this map? I just did mine and it is not showing. I did click submit when I was done.

 

actually i just tried it again and it worked. i am there now.

 

I did, but it would default back to me. I see it's up to 5 now! I think it's a great idea, I've wanted to know people in my area, so maybe organize a meeting. I've only met one person from the FL area so far. Plus at some point, I'm going to take my car up north to play in the twisties, kind of boring down here. Nothing but straight roads.

 

I just added my Ferrari 355 GTS with first name only and just the city. No street address or last name. Added one picture.

 

Yeah, I don't think this is any security risk, IMO
