Those two data sets are equivalent -- as the "advertised" set is at a lower 0.5mm lift.

question: are these the specs for all 348 cams? (Challenge and later GTS/GTB cars included).

As far as I know the specs are good for all the f119d and f119g blocks. For example the part number for the right intake cam 139334 doesn't change when looking it up. When looking that number up you'll find it's good for the Mondial T, '89 - '92 348, and '93 348. As far as I know the Challenge cars ran the same engines as stock. I'm not sure about the f119h blocks found in the GTB/GTS/GTC 348s because I can't find any part numbers for them. I'm assuming they are the same based on the fact that the timing duration for their cams is the same as for the cars running catalysts. The only thing different is the h-block engines are running +2° more over lap for a total of 24°, and both in&ex are retarded equally, 114°in/109°ex center lines vs 112°/112° for cat cars & 109°/111° non-cat cars. Other than that I have no idea what the lifts are for the h-block cars, I can only guess they are the same.

Yes -- at .050" lift, not 0.5mm lift.
