It's warmed over if you think the F430 was a "warmed over 360".

    Not many here do.

I wish they would have replaced the Chrysler infotainment system.

If you want a vert, the f12 isn't going to do it for you.

I like this car a lot, though I liked the old cali as well. I'd rather an f12, but considering this is 50% less money, has a drop top and a back seat, well I can see the allure.

If the info is correct, it could mean that deliveries could start as soon as summer. Still speculative though, I don't think there is any official conformation from ferrari yet.

Lets see, more torque, convertible, extra seats, good looking, costs less. I can understand why someone would choose this over an F12.

Of course the F12 is even better looking (my opinion) and is more extreme.

Which flavor of ice cream do you choose? They are all delicious! :)

Apparently, the new version is really good. It's in the Maserati's now and getting high marks.

My guess is late summer or early fall from what I heard today.

I think Ferrari needs to ramp this up quickly. All V8's come of the same line and we know they are cutting back on 458 coupes. Something has to fill the void. CA sales in the US are just what they need.

If I were in the market for a front engined, turbocharged v-8 with a back seat...this car would suit me to a T. ;)

I agree in that it's a well done facelift, a much improved iteration on the same overall design. However I respectfully disagree about the roof: Most soft top designs look horrid, tacked on, cheap, and ruin the body lines particularly on modern Ferraris. This car is basically a hardtop coupe whose roof retracts. It's not a spider.

Design is much better from inside out . Small changes, but the final difference to the current generation is huge. hopefully great performance too. It is a Ferrari indeed

Overall it looks better than the original. Two subjective points I will make...

    1. The front grill is to big. Again they are trying to design Disney car movie characters into their cars?

    2. They tried to hard to hide the fat rear end. Now it looks to complicated in the rear corners. A scoop or a cut line would have been fine but not both. It almost looks like they were trying to put a smile on the rear end also...Disney should start demanding royalties!!

Still a pretty car for certain. Should sell better than the first version unless they raise the price to much(does that really matter???).

I think you don't get it. Ferrari doesn't offer any model that is "better" than another current model. The 458 isn't better than a California or an FF or F12. They are all different. Ferrari cannot afford to offer redundant competing models, unlike some other makers.

If you are already happy with an F12 that you own, you'd only get the California as an additional car or have to sacrifice and lose the experience of your V12 coupe. The California cannot replace the V12 experience and the V12 coupe cannot provide a hardtop convertible experience.

The California is directed towards new buyers or existing Fcar owners who want an extra Fcar or a different Fcar experience. The California T is also directed to current California owners who are looking to get a new replacement for their older Californias.

The current Chrysler Nav system is considered the best in the industry. I suspect the Cali T has the new unit. The Chrysler uConnect 8.4N system in my truck is excellent, almost perfect.

Simple. Naturally-aspirated V12 coupe with a track-tuned chassis (it beat the 599 GTO).

Absolutely right. Ferrari excels at differentiating their offerings while they all share the common attribute of excitement (from the power train) and style.
