    Dear Pulenton!
I think I hit the spot! The reason of combining you to Buckley was only to get the real Buckley on the Chat! And here it is...ExcelsiorZ = Buckley.

But don’t get to excited because you must be somehow connected to him. The way you answer to my post it give the impression that you know more then anyone else.

Do you mind if I continue to call you “Pulenton”? Thank you, in the near future I would sign, to the real poster, with a dedication to you…Ciao Erik!

Whatever floats your barchetta, Claudio. If it makes you feel better to call me some made-up names, I do not really care.

If you believe in six degrees of separation then we are all connected to everyone. In the case of Tristram, I do not know the man, we have never met so far as I am aware, and if not for him being part of your past and having read the story, I really wouldn't even know he existed. Believe what you want though - you seem to have done that in many of your past situations.

While I am here - you skipped over my question about the current state of chassis #110. In a previous post your 'friend' ( ? ) wrote this:

Sounds like there could be some "amazing" update? Or is the real story that the car is simply gone but not forgotten?

    Dear amigo Pulenton!
Thank you for your kind answer, “Pulenton” is not an insulting word…is just fanny to say it!
You just look like a kid that just got off from mama’s breast! Don’t take it personal…OK Kido?

In regard “Buckley Pulenton” it’s over. I don’t want to connect you to Buckley any longer, Buckley is an evil “half” man, and he deserve to get punish. Stay tune and you will understand why.

My past situation? I engineered a car that nobody else did it in the entire planet earth!!! And you should stick it into your mind, and nothing else…OK Pulenton?

The Cizeta #110? I don’t understand all the fuzz about this car...of course I have it here. Why every body is so surprised. Perhaps because “the three scoundrels amigos” were squealing to the Fed? My dear Eric…with a little fee I can take you for a ride with this Cizeta V16T, but...before doing this…make sure you have your “pamper” on! Ciao………..

Come-on F. Brian, don’t be a coward be a man and face the reality of life. As you said your research were so accurate! so now is the time for you to illustrate………….

I'm sure we would all love to be remembered only for the great things we have done - but gosh, that's just not how life works Claudio.

Bad decisions and poor actions can come back to haunt us later on or simply stick with us forever. The reputation we build for ourselves is our most valuable asset. With this in mind, we should do our best to do right by other people and ensure we make proper choices in life so that no one can question our character afterwards. Of course I'm quite sure you don't want a lecture from a "kido", but that's what my "mama" taught me. :)

A little fee? Are you talking like gas money, or what? No one has ever asked me to pay for a ride in their car before and I have ridden in some pretty nice ones. Think I'll pass on that invitation to give you money - it hasn't worked out so great for people in the past from what I hear.

Anyway, enough about that. Did you understand the fuss about Cizeta #110 on the morning of December 6th, 2009 when ICE agents arrived to seize the car from you? That's hardly something that happens frequently - it made national news after all. Seeing the "Cizeta V16T" mentioned in the NY Times of all places was surprising, but not for the right reasons unfortunately:

    http://wheels.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/12/10/seizure-of-rare-supercar-raises-more-questions/

I even started a thread here the following day as I was generally upset over learning of that incident, and you'll find several posts of mine in that thread expressing general concern for you in that situation. I still, today, feel our laws in regards to Grey Market cars are overly restrictive, but I'm feeling less remorse for you personally now that I know the full story of why it had to be seized ~7 years after it was supposed to have been exported.

However, maybe to you, Claudio, it was not a big deal as this was not the first time law enforcement agents had arrived at your facilities to seize a Cizeta (or two), correct? September 23rd, 2003 is probably another date that you wish to forget. Of course that time you eventually managed to recover the vehicles that were seized - pretty amazing considering that chassis #110 was at that point well past the date it should have been exported from the country anyway. Good thing those government agencies don't know how to communicate with each other, right?

Perhaps your friend Ray Gin would like to explain why that first seizure occurred as the reason for it as I presently understand is in direct contradiction to his post #316 where he claimed that a lawsuit was filed by you against Tristram, with his declaration that you won said lawsuit. In reality it was Tristram who had sued you to recover damages for the items he claimed you had stolen, and it was you, Claudio, who had lost. Isn't that the real story?

Pretty sad that ginracer would make it a point to herald DrStranglove's post about ExcelsiorZ when he himself has not been completely truthful here.

You probably don't care, but I really doubt you have recovered possession of Cizeta #110 and have it there with you in Fountain Valley again. Like serious, serious doubt about the credibility of that statement given my understanding of the vehicle importation process, the explanation of how you were in violation of the law prior to the seizure, and knowing well what the options have been in the past when cars have been seized under these circumstances. Typically they get exported or crushed but they don't return to the hands of the person keeping them here illegally. It becomes especially unbelievable when I evaluate it against many of the other false claims I see in this thread from you and your cohort.

On another forum I read regularly they do this funny thing called the "Custard Test". Kind of a silly name, but basically what happens is when someone says "I've just bought a new Ferrari" or they claim to be someone famous or just make some other generally unbelievable statement, then that person might be asked to prove their claim by taking a photo of said thing/person alongside a tin of custard.

Typically when one person's suspicions are raised to the level of calling "custard" there will be others who will echo that, but given the lack of people participating in this thread I may find myself to be the only one. Now I don't expect you to run down to the store for a tin of custard - not even sure we have tins of custard here in America? - but why don't you get someone to take a picture of you standing with Cizeta #110 since it is right there with you. You can hold a sign in your hand calling me 'stupido idiota' or something - and sure, spell my name however you would like. Might be good to put the date on it too, just so we can be clear it is "fresh". I'll give you until close of business on Friday in case that's not extremely convenient for you to pull off at a moments notice. Wouldn't it be nice to shut at least one person up in this thread?

Now calling custard hasn't always worked out in the favor of those who demand it, so I am prepared to be proven wrong, but I really, really doubt that will be the case. That is what it is going to take for me to ever believe you got that car back, beyond driving down to Fountain Valley myself - something I am not willing to waste my time doing simply based solely on your word.

In all these posting everyone keep using the word “History of Cizeta” but according to the dictionary the meaning of “his·to·ry” signify “the study of the past”

Now, as you can see…I am still much alive, and the Cizeta still “gulp of air” not the way as I would rather, but every morning certain…I touch and cuddle her beautiful body!

So F. Brian what make you so invulnerable? That you feel so at ease by using that word?

I am not much on legal terms, but don’t you “the three scoundrel amigos” braking the law? and on top of everything you are calling me…”untruthfully” car thief, fraudulent and so on. I realize that you “three amigos” would love to see me dead, as Jay told to my daughter, when she called him, to let him know that the kidney transplant went OK, and you reply “is he not dead yet? and again, at the Woodly Park car show you were screaming at me “YOU ARE FINISH…YOU WOULD NEVER BUILD ANOTHER CIZETA IN CALIFORNIA’…right Jay… “the Magnificent”. Hey Jay! You were so “RIGHT” that after a few years I came up with the new CIZETA V16T TTJ Spyder, that you also have the Poster on your wall! My future…at this point…is an open deal! Perhaps I am finish, and may NOT, but for sure…like it or not… I am still breathing!!!

After reading the Chapter 10 I am sure to have plenty on M. Jay and the C. Buckley….

You post are so out line that I cannot answer to so much Sh…! The only thing I can say to you is…change your PAMPER because is full of it….

Peloton, your right, we lost the lawsuit. brian and buckley told you so it must be true. I like showing up in court and walking away with 2 Cizeta’s and a Maserati. You don’t have to believe anything I say. According to brian, I am lying anyway. So you can believe what you like. I choose to live on the earth that is round.

I didn’t “herald DrStranglove's post about ExcelsiorZ when he himself has not been completely truthful here”. Please look at post #329, do you see me heralding anyone onto this thread? It seems to me that ExcelsioZ is the one that has not been truthful not only on this tread, but other dealings as well. I think ExcelsioZ has a car to sell you. Believe what you want to.

In regards to Cizeta #110, what does it matter to you if we got the car back or not. Why don’t you ask your sources? Maybe they can take a picture of you eating custard and you can post on here, Oh don’t forget to hold up a sign when eating the custard with the date on it. What Claudio and I post are all lies.

I am not basing my statements in this thread on anyone's hearsay, but rather the court documents I have been able to locate for case #BC 242469. They are a matter of public record and paint a fairly clear picture of what claims have been true in this thread (along with chapter 10 of the his·to·ry book) and which have not.

And why, again for the record please, were those Cizeta's seized by the Orange County Sheriff's department in September 2003? The fact that you later walked out of court regaining their physical possession with the aid of third party claims filed for owners Decilla and Ozasa leaves out considerable detail and doesn't confirm any of what you have written previously.

Perhaps like your earlier excuse for Claudio, English may not be your first language? Even if it is, I will freely admit it tends to be a confusing one. The word 'herald' means several things - the way I was using applied under this definition:

    "to greet especially with enthusiasm"

Again, I don't know him and am not here to defend him in any fashion. He can engage in his own battles if he chooses to.

Well it matters now because Claudio has proclaimed that he did. Remember these words:

"of course I have it here. Why every body is so surprised."

Like many statements Claudio has made, I find this highly questionable - especially as it was stated as if no one should have assumed anything different. Asking him to prove this now is hardly out of line. Before that I was just curious for a follow up.

I will be happy to post a picture of me eating custard after Claudio responds with an acceptable photo of Cizeta chassis #110. He has suggested very clearly he has it there with him so this should not be a struggle to produce. Pick any snack food you want.

Finally we are getting closer to the truth here.

I wouldn't necessarily call it a 'good one'.

Really more sad and disappointing, and that was long before the Custard Test was failed.

Maybe you didn't read every post in the thread, but I had my moment when I saw that car on Sept 16th, 2006.

What I wanted to show in asking for proof on the "of course I have it here. Why every body is so surprised." statement was that someone who appears to have a credibility problem was BS'ing us again, and I think that was pretty solidly proven about a month ago with Claudio's silence in return to a fairly simple request.

Anyway, whatever games you are coming back here to play now - I'm not interested.
