    I don't have a recommendation - sorry, I'm not in Arizona - but can you tell us the VIN of the car? There might already be information here that could be of use to you.

    I called Ferrari of Scottsdale, Andy at FMS, and Alex. Alex was the only one to even return my call. He was very nice and helpful. He would definitely get the business.

    Nice glad I could help. His shop is only a block away from mine too!

    Ferrari of Scottsdale will not do a PPI. Especially on a 512. The penske organization can be a little bit more a prima dona than other stores

    Alex and Andy are both good. Both are busy. I called Alex one time and he didn't return my phone call, but Andy answered straight away. I would not let this experience sour you as nearly everyone working with both Alex and Andy will experience delays and sometimes longer service times than you may expect because both these guys are busy, they don't stock parts other than things like filters and fluids, so sometimes have to wait on parts.

    Alex is in the Deer Valley area I think. Andy in Fountain Hills.

    I think that's a fair assessment. I'm biased as I'm in customer service and always call back same day, even if I can't help you at that time. In any event, I don't know their situation and was probably too quick to judge. However, not sure whey someone at the dealership can't make a call.
