Classic, I love the contrast of the word with the potato plates!
BTW, do you know the literal meaning of the word is "the afflicted" - very appropriate for most of us!

I realize that this thread is mostly about personalized plates and also realize most of you probably aren't license plate follows or collectors as most states just use a random letter number combination. In years past a lot of states used a sequential numbering system for easy record keeping before the use of computers.
In Montana a specific numbering system is still used on the standard issue plates that actually has some meaning to it. There are 56 counties so plates were assigned to each county by the numbers 1 through 56, population dictated which number in the sequence the county received. The following number was a sequential concept starting with #1 to whatever, say 100,000.
    Example:
1-56108 or 7-56108 1 and 7 being the county, 56108 being the sequential # from #1. My point is that it was fun(at least for a few) to try to get Number 1, or as close to it as you could, in your county when a new series of license plate was issued every so many years. The sequential number after the county number started over with each new series.
The attached picture are my plates from 1976 to 2005. The first one shows I was 278th in line the from first for new plates that year i.e.; there were 277 people that were crazier than I was at 6:00 in the morning standing in line for a low number plate. The last one in the pic, I knew the county registrar and she saved this number for my 355. I already had a No. 1 plate so that was my new idea. Anyway just something different, kinda like a lottery/challenge for your plates or some entertainment to take the edge off of paying taxes.

In my area there is one horrible cop named Knox. He was hired only to give speeding tickets and he specifically targets sports cars. He is known to write the ticket for faster than you were actually going and give them for very stupid things. Everyone in the area knows who he is and almost everyone has gotten a ticket from him so I thought it would be funny to get this plate.

This is funny, but I am wondering if it will cause this guy Knox to go heavier on the issuing of tickets....

Well he can't be worse than he currently is so there is nothing to lose. I'm hoping he will think it is funny.

He's the kind of cop that one of these days he's going to be caught shaking down a motorist for money or a boy for sex. ;)
