    If you purchased your car pre-owned, what famous person owned or what other special history does your ferrari have. Kind of intresting for me...

    My f360 has no special history btw );

    Mine was owned by an ambulance chaser of no particular fame. (To the best of my knowledge) I want to meet him but he sold his two Ferrari's when he moved here from Southern California so I don't think he is into sports cars anymore. I hear he is a Bentley man now!

    My Scud wasn't owned by anyone famous, but it was touched and autographed by Ferrari's most successful F1 driver Michael Schumacher.

    Not mine, but friend's Maserati 3200 which belonged to Tony Mokbel (google his name for the non-aussies)... We searched the car... darn it... found nothing hidden... :p

    The first owner of mine was famous NY Ferrari collector Benny Caiola. He purchased every new Ferrari when they came on the market and I have it on good authority he paid $20k over list to get it.

    Mine was originally bought by Mehmet Okur the 7 foot center for Utah Jazz. His name and signature is on the service manuals. I have never heard of him, one of my friends told me who he was. I am a Laker fan.
    Had to have the seats moved up as I am 5'7" with shoes on.

    This sort of thing gets debated in other parts of the forum. I like to think it was well serviced at least and that anything broken would have been attended to right away.

    I only knew that because I remember coming very close to buying that car about 3-4 years ago?? Just after Marco had it. Tony definitely knows how to mod cars very tastefully, and this one was stunning! I'd buy any car from TK in a heartbeat. He not only keeps his cars in pristine condition, but modifies them ALL very nicely.

    I once sold my 308 GTB to author Cormac McCarthy, didn't know who he was until I went to Barnes and Noble, lol.

    I think Tony (very famously) posted here on Fchat, was called out as a fraud by some, and then made them eat crow with a photo he posted of himself with Hi Fchat written on a piece of paper.
