360 pricing graph

I've been searching the threads but can not seem to find what I am looking for. A while back some one had posted a couple of graphs that show 360 pricing based on car mileage. I believe it was a scatter plot type graph. Does anyone remember who posted it? I've been looking for two days! There are way way too many threads with '360' and 'pricing' I'm definitely not a software programmer but what a nifty app that could be? Design an app for cars.com, autotrader.com etc, that could pull all data on specific make/model etc to show avg price for avg miles. Heck you could do it for any make model based in the generic field on each website. For the ones that show vin you could filter out duplicates. Getting a little off topic... If some one remembers please PM or post here. Thank you.
