    my friend checked his car and his just has a cap on it, mine has a hole and what feels like a button in it. Am I delusional? lol

    Its the secret button to engage warp drive ...... but you will have to get Kirk and Scottie to activate it .......

    Its actually a sensor cover and isn't a button. From memory its part of the air con

    I hope you never have to use it.

    When you roll the car.. and then turn it right side up, it allows the fuel pump to be restarted... as I understand..

    That or it causes spontaneous orgasm. I'm a frumpy man.. so natuarlly I havent tested it. :)

    Reading the manual it says that the fuel button is on the passenger side.....behind a metal bracket pg 4.31

    Wiring diagram says its an "inertia switch". (16D) Sounds like left hand side of the passenger compartment.

    Correct, that's the inertial fuel cutoff switch. After intervention, if you're satisfied there has been no fuel leakage or damage to any component of the fuel supply sistem, it can be reset by pushing on the rubber dome.

    In the event of a hard jolt or spinout it shuts off the gasline. To reset it, pop the rubber cover and press the button down...sort of like poping a fuse in your house.
