Yes I do. Well kinda I bought it for my then 2 year old. =)
The boss has been driven around in more Lamborghinis than I probably ever be in. I lost count probably 50 different Lambos by the time he turned 5. With a name like Enzo Ferruccio you are "somebody" and everyone wants to drive you around in their Lambo. The "cute" thing about it he has no clue to the value of these cars & thinks of them as "toys". For his 5th birthday he went out in 5 different generations of Lamborghini. Here he is after a 160+ MPH ride in a Diablo that I couldn't keep up with. He told me daddy what took you so long. You too slow. LMAO Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ha ha very cute little man of you have there Triple-x! I have 3 young guys under 6 and my eldest has a Murcielago and an Aventador but they are 1/18th the size of your "Enzo's Countach"!! Enzo might not fully appreciate the Lambo's monetary value yet but the fact that he loves and already has a passion for them for what they are is the most important thing. He certainly looks like he's having a blast with the big V12 bulls!
I would appreciate the rides, but honestly if someone drove my 5yr old in an old sports car up to 160mph i would call the Police.
Driving a Miura gives you that seat of the pants driving sensation that can only be amplified by the most perfectly fitted underwear. LOL
I fully trust the people that take my son for rides at that speed. I personally don't do it for the exception when he eggs me on daddy faster daddy faster. Also, these are older and responsible guys. I would have loved to been a fly in that diablo to see what my kid was saying to the driver. There were 3 Murci & the Diablo they looked like skittles bouncing around at a distance. I'm like man forget that.
The way I look at life you only live once might as well enjoy every day like it's your last. If it's your day to die you're going to die at 20mph you can die at the hands of a drunk driver going to the grocery store. If you're a responsible professional driver and want to take my kid at what you feel is a safe speed for the particular car knock yourself out. My son WILL push you to go faster. When VB took me for a ride (I mean a really really hardcore drive) we were sideways at over 120 & 2 inches away from a green Murci I thought to myself at that moment if I die NOW man what a story my son is going to have. I have no clue how that man did not have a catastrophic crash it was that close. I have no clue how fast we were going in the straight away I can tell you it was well over 160mph. Not every day you have a chance to die with Balboni behind the wheel. Look at my face afterwords. You can't tell if it's joy or fear. Balboni was laughing so hard and said that was a close call. My face was stuck like that for about 2 hours according to my wife. Can't wait til the next time. lol Image Unavailable, Please Login
Lots of pics of this car that belonged to the Shah's sister earlier in this thread. This is just the latest from a few days ago. This is the same P400S featured in the January 1975 issue of National Geographic, "Iran - Desert Miracle" by William Graves, on page 14. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Aire to the Phipps Steel fortune owned the car while it was in Palm Beach and a few other Miura's and a Countach. He painted the car Black to match my fathers car, #5024.
YOU are an adult and understand the laws and making that choice... the choice about living everyday like it's Your last.. a five year old doesn't understand that and cant weigh risk and consequences... maybe if he did he would choose the same but maybe Not. Either way it's child endangerment.
Aren't You in one of the very Countries where someone was just sued for this... taking someone for a ride and getting into an accident? I know some people now in Europe have parents sign waivers before giving a kid a ride. Sad but true
Leo, Beside what other have brought up earlier about 160mph high speed driving for a 5 year old kid (and I doubt any responsible drivers would do that), I would suggest that you ask Paul Walker's kids how they feel about telling their Dad's story... Please refrain from bringing your kids constantly in any discussion threads and doubling down making another outlandish arguments that don't stand the scrutiny of common sense.. Please reflect on what I just said. We all love fast rides but certain arguments should never be made. You keep telling how much you love you son and bring it up at every turn and then you write this??? don't you think your kids rather want you alive? Back to Muira pictures.
Hey for Valentino it was just another drive. After all, once you have been air born, flipped upside down in a field and on fire in a Countach. Everything after that is just an enjoyable Sunday drive even if it was a close one.
